This policy describes how Great Northern Studio ("we," "us") handles data in connection with our use of the Pinterest API, as part of managing our own Etsy shop.

Who We Are

Great Northern Studio is an Etsy shop. We use SellerHQ, a desktop application, to manage our own shop's listings, orders, marketing content, and finances. SellerHQ runs locally on our own computer as our internal tool — it connects directly to the third-party services we use (Etsy, Google Analytics, Pinterest) using credentials we control ourselves.

Our Use of the Pinterest API

• We read our own Pinterest boards, so we can choose which board a piece of content is intended for when planning a pin.
• We store drafted pin content locally (image, title, description, planned date) on our own computer.
• We use Pinterest's own pin-creation interface to actually publish content — our software does not post to Pinterest automatically or without our direct action. Every pin is reviewed and published by us.

We do not access, read, or store data belonging to any Pinterest user other than our own authenticated account. We do not share, sell, or provide Pinterest data to any third party.

Data Storage

Any data we retrieve through the Pinterest API, or generate while planning our content, is stored in local files on our own computer. It is not uploaded to or stored on any external server.

Other Integrations

We separately connect SellerHQ to Etsy (to manage our own shop's listings, orders, and finances) and Google Analytics (to view our own website traffic), each using our own account credentials, for our own internal use only.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data accessed through these integrations with any third party.
